Michelle Sebastian
Michelle played high school basketball and soccer at Hinsdale Central High School. Michelle attended Vanderbilt University and picked up a lacrosse stick for the first time during her freshman year. She started on their inaugural Division 1 women’s lacrosse team and earned a scholarship. Michelle, otherwise known as Seabass, is a partner and recruiting specialist at Lakeshore Lacrosse, a women’s lacrosse company in the Chicagoland area. She has been with the organization for over fifteen years, getting 100+ players recruited to college. Since 2017, she has been the play caller and color analyst for Vanderbilt Women’s Lacrosse home game broadcasts. Michelle is a married mother of three living in the Chicagoland area.
Dave DiTomasso
David, a seasoned professional soccer player, excelled at the highest level as a Division I athlete at The Ohio State University and Jacksonville University, FL. He also earned a Master's Degree from VCU in Sports Management and Leadership. In high school, he won two soccer state championships and led his team to a number-one ranking nationally, instilling a foundation of "GRIT". After assistant coaching at D1 Wofford College, David then spent over 26 years as the Head College Soccer coach (Women's and then Men's) at Elmhurst University, accumulating 250+ wins. David also served as the Elmhurst Head Men’s Golf Coach for 13 years, achieving the highest conference finish in over 50 years, and continues to be the team's winningest coach. David has mentored over 1000 student-athletes in various sports as well as aided numerous players in their college recruitment. He remains on the National Staff of the United Soccer Coaches organization, emphasizing the importance of educating student-athletes on recruiting journeys and holistic personal development. He operates two successful businesses—a full-service soccer club and a camp and events company. Hailing from Columbia, Maryland, he has cultivated a vast network nationwide through relationships forged over three decades and living in diverse parts of the United States. David is a married father of three athletes living in the Chicago Suburbs.
